Study Trip to Spain from South Korea

From 8^th  to 11^th April 2024, some of the key players within the Korean meat industry visited Spain to gain first-hand knowledge of the European production model implemented in the Spanish beef sector. The trip includes site visits to farms, slaughterhouses, cutting plants and restaurants to show the entire production chain of the European beef industry.

• 8th April: Visit Alma meat farms and slaughterhouse

   

• 9th April: Visit Viñals Soler

• 10th April Visit General Carnias

• 11th April: Visit Encinar de Humienta

• Visit to Mercamadrid, biggest logisitc distribution centre in Europe
