From 10th to 14th December 2023, some of the key players within the Chinese meat industry visited Spain to gain first-hand knowledge of the European production model implemented in the Spanish beef sector. The trip includes site visits to farms, slaughterhouses, cutting plants and restaurants to show the entire production chain of the European beef industry.
