From November 26th to December 2nd, 2023, prominent figures in the Korean meat industry undertook a visit to Italy with the aim of acquiring firsthand insights into the European production model employed within the Italian beef sector. The itinerary encompassed on-site visits to farms, slaughterhouses, beef breeding facilities, beef production plants, and restaurants, meticulously presenting the comprehensive production chain integral to the European beef industry.
