Beef rolls with rocket, sprouts and honey mustard sauce
Ingredients (4 people)

For the beef:

Extra virgin olive oil
-
300 g of beef entrecote

75 g of rocket
-
Onion sprouts
For the sauce:
-
4 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
-
1 tbsp of honey
-
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
To garnish the dish:
- Capers
- Maldon salt
- Pepper
Elaboration
- Sear the beef entrecote in a hot grill, taking care not to overcook it. Then, cut it into thin slices.
- Place some rocket and the onion sprouts over the meat and roll it.
- To prepare the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the Dijon Mustard, honey, salt and pepper and stir.
Finishing
To finish the dish, place the beef rolls on a plate and pour some sauce over them. Then, place some capers, salt and pepper over each roll.
