Beef rolls with rocket, sprouts and honey mustard sauce

Ingredients (4 people)

  • For the beef:

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • 300 g of beef entrecote

  • 75 g of rocket

  • Onion sprouts

For the sauce:

  • 4 tbsp of Dijon Mustard 

  • 1 tbsp of honey

  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise 

To garnish the dish:

  • Capers
  • Maldon salt
  • Pepper 



  1. Sear the beef entrecote in a hot grill, taking care not to overcook it. Then, cut it into thin slices.
  2. Place some rocket and the onion sprouts over the meat and roll it.
  3. To prepare the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the Dijon Mustard, honey, salt and pepper and stir.


To finish the dish, place the beef rolls on a plate and pour some sauce over them. Then, place some capers, salt and pepper over each roll.
