From 8th to 13th January 2023, some of the key players within the Korean meat industry visited Spain to gain first-hand knowledge of the European production model implemented in the Spanish beef sector. The trip includes site visits to farms, slaughterhouses, cutting plants and restaurants to show the entire production chain of the European beef industry.
