During this study trip, not only to witness the entire cattle rearing process, but also to observe different yearlings from mature cattle to calves. Additionally, to discover farms predominantly focused on grain-fed practices, aiming to produce Europe Quality Beef – juicy, tender, and low in fat – destined to delight tables worldwide.

Much appreciation to the key players from the South Korean meat industry for actively participating in this meticulously arranged study trip by EU BEEF ASIA, providing an excellent opportunity to delve into the depth of beef production. Through exchanges of different cultures, both co-created many warm and fruitful moments, with deeply treasuring and collectively hoping for the continued strong relationship between Europe and Korea beef industry.
