This initiative aimed to foster knowledge exchange and engage in professional discussions regarding the latest advancements, industry trends, and sustainable practices.

A pivotal highlight of the trip involved exclusive visits to renowned slaughterhouses throughout Europe, offering participants a firsthand understanding of ethical and efficient processing methods. These visits adhered to the EU animal welfare regulations and strict production guidelines, following the Europe Production Model (EPM).

Furthermore, the exploration extended to observing cutting-edge equipment used in beef manufacturing, providing participants with a holistic view of the entire beef production process in Europe.
