The first event, an engaging European Beef Introduction Seminar, was held on May 31st at the prestigious High Street Italia in Gangnam, while the second event involved their active participation in the highly regarded 2023 Seoul Food and Hotel Exhibition, held from May 3oth to June 2nd at the Korea International Exhibition Center.

With his exceptional culinary skills and expertise, Chef Sebastiano masterfully prepared and presented the exquisite delicacies of European Quality Beef from Italy, leaving the discerning palates of the audience deeply satisfied and captivated. The event witnessed substantial footfall, with guests eagerly queuing up to relish the delectable taste of freshly cooked European beef. ASSOCARNI seized the invaluable opportunity to further bolster the campaign from the European Union: EU BEEF ASIA: “Nice To Beef You.”, which also displayed the meaning: to bring European Quality Beef from farms in Italy to your table.
